3. Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification. To do so, please provide the following information:

  1. Your full legal name, address, and telephone number.
  2. A description of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared before it was removed.
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.
  4. Your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in the district where you are located, or, if you are outside the United States, for any judicial district in which Bigof.xyz may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original DMCA notice or an agent of such person.
  5. Your electronic or physical signature.

If we receive a valid counter-notification, we will restore the removed content within 10 to 14 business days unless the original complainant files a lawsuit seeking to prevent the restoration.
